Talk to Checklist — voice-driven site notes
Speak naturally on site. Work App transcribes, builds a checklist and saves a signed PDF to the job.
Start a recording
Open the job, tap Talk to Checklist, and press record. Speak naturally — describe what you found, what you did, what's outstanding.
Review and confirm
You'll see the transcript and a structured checklist. Edit anything, then Save. A branded PDF is stored against the job and the customer record.
Fallback for poor signal
If you're offline, the recording is queued and processed automatically when you reconnect.
