Using the weekly drag-and-drop scheduling board
Assign engineers, balance workload and resolve clashes with route-aware suggestions.
Open the board
Schedule → Week view. Each engineer has a column; days run across the top.
Drag to assign
Drag any unassigned job onto an engineer's slot. The board highlights clashes and shows the suggested driving order for the day.
Bulk reassign
Hold Shift to select multiple jobs, then drop them onto another engineer to reassign in bulk. Customers receive an automatic SMS notification.
