Enterprise FAQ

What's the minimum seat count for Enterprise?

50 paid engineer seats. Below that, the Business plan covers most needs — talk to us and we'll be honest about which fits.

Do you offer SSO and SCIM on lower plans?

SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise-only. We do not charge an 'SSO tax' on top — it is included in the seat price.

Can data be kept inside the UK or EU?

Yes. Enterprise tenants choose a region (UK-South or EU-West) at provisioning. Backups stay inside the chosen region.

Do you sign our MSA and DPA?

We will review your paperwork. Most groups use ours and add a one-page schedule — it's faster and the legal substance is identical.

What does onboarding look like?

Typical 50–250 seat rollout is 4–6 weeks: week 1 kickoff and data import, weeks 2–3 pilot branch, weeks 4–6 group rollout with onsite go-live.

Is there a discount for 250+ seats?

Yes. Volume pricing kicks in at 100 seats and steps again at 250, 500 and 1,000. Ask for a written quote — we don't run a 'call to find out' game.
