Work App is engineered to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement is current as of 2026-06-28 and is reviewed quarterly.

Our commitments

  • Keyboard navigable across every screen, including job, schedule and report flows
  • Visible focus rings on all interactive elements
  • Colour contrast at or above WCAG 2.2 AA on text, buttons and form fields
  • Form fields with persistent labels, error messages and ARIA descriptions
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion on animations and transitions
  • Screen-reader friendly tables with semantic headers and captions
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or function
  • Mobile touch targets ≥ 44×44 px in line with WCAG 2.5.5

Known limitations

  • PDF exports of historical commissioning packs (pre-2025) may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Re-export to regenerate.
  • The live map view falls back to a list view under screen readers; full map interaction is not yet keyboard-driven.
  • Drag-and-drop in the weekly scheduler has a keyboard equivalent (assign dialog) but no native announcement of drop targets yet — fix in build.

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, plus EN 301 549 for public-sector procurement.

Do you have a VPAT?+

Yes. A current VPAT 2.5 (WCAG 2.2 AA) is available on request — email accessibility@workappltd.com.

How do I report a barrier?+

Email accessibility@workappltd.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive tech you were using. We respond within 2 business days and target a fix within 30 days for AA blockers.

Can I get help by phone?+

Yes. Call +44 20 4525 1234 (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 UK) and ask for the accessibility team.
