How long does it take to get started?

Does Work App work offline on site?

Yes. The engineer app caches assigned jobs, checklists, photos and forms locally and syncs automatically once a connection is restored. Engineers can complete service reports and capture photos with no signal.

Is Work App F-Gas compliant?

Yes. Work App includes a full F-Gas register, refrigerant tracking per system, mandatory leak-check intervals based on charge size, engineer F-Gas certificate tracking and auto-generated compliance reports.

Invoices, quotes and customer records can be exported as branded PDFs and CSV. Direct integrations with Xero and QuickBooks are on the roadmap; contact us if you need a specific integration prioritised.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You retain full export access to your data for 30 days after cancellation.

Every customer gets onboarding sessions, a dedicated Help Center, in-app guides and email support. Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support and a named account manager.

Does Work App support multiple branches or sites?

Yes. You can structure your account into branches, divisions or regions, with per-branch scheduling, reporting and engineer pools. Permissions can be scoped per branch.

Can customers view their own jobs?

Yes. The Customer Portal lets clients see live job status, view service reports, approve quotes and download invoices — without needing a paid login.
