Who can refer?+
Anyone — existing customers, consultants, accountants, suppliers and partners. You don't need to be a Work App user, though customers earn the additional free-month bonus.
When is the referral counted?+
The day the referred company converts from trial to a paid plan. They have 60 days from sign-up to convert for the referral to be eligible.
Is there a cap?+
No cap on the number of referrals or total earnings. Tier rewards apply per qualifying referral within a rolling 12-month window.
How is the cash paid out?+
UK bank transfer (Faster Payments) on the 1st of the month following the qualifying subscription. We require basic KYC details and a self-billing invoice for amounts over £600 per year.
Can I refer my own company's other sites or subsidiaries?+
No — referrals must be genuinely independent organisations with separate ownership and operations.
