We have screen-scraped exporters for ServiceM8, Joblogic and Commusoft when their export is broken. If yours is truly locked, we'll quote a one-off scrape.
No. We import closed jobs and their attachments going back as far as your export allows. Most tools cap at 2–5 years.
Yes — up to 5 business days. New jobs land in Work App; legacy stays read-only for reference. We sync invoices to your accounts package from day one.
Mapped 1:1 where possible. Anything that doesn't map cleanly becomes a tagged custom field in Work App — you don't lose data.
Xero, QuickBooks and Sage are reconnected on go-live day. Invoices created in Work App push to the same ledger codes you use today.
