Managing your account, users and billing
Add seats, change plans, manage permissions and export your data.
Add or remove seats
Settings → Billing → Manage seats. Changes are prorated to the day.
Roles and permissions
Each user has a role: Admin, Manager, Engineer, Accounts or Read-only. Custom roles are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Exporting your data
At any time, export your customers, jobs, invoices and reports as CSV or JSON. You own your data.
