Getting started with Work App in 30 minutes

Import customers, invite your team, brand your PDFs and dispatch your first job.

1. Invite your team

Go to Employees → Invite. Each engineer gets an email with a one-click sign-in. They'll be guided through enabling notifications and location on first launch.

2. Set your branding

Open Settings → PDF Branding. Upload your logo, choose your accent colour, and every quote, invoice, RAMS and commissioning pack will go out fully branded.

3. Import customers and sites

CRM → Import. Drop a CSV with customer name, site address and primary contact. We'll dedupe and map fields automatically.

4. Create your first job

Jobs → New Job. Pick a customer, site, type and assign an engineer. The job will appear on the schedule board and in the engineer's mobile app instantly.
