Building a commissioning pack from site to PDF
Structured test data, mandatory photos, engineer signatures and a one-tap branded PDF.
Start a pack
Open the job → Commissioning. Pick the system type — AHU, FCU, chiller, VRF, sprinkler — and the right test sheets and required photo slots load automatically.
Record the test data
Each reading has expected ranges. Out-of-range values are flagged in red before submission, so nothing slips through to the client.
Mandatory photos
The pack will not allow submission until every required photo slot is filled — nameplate, before, after, controls and final position. All photos are GPS-stamped and timestamped.
Sign and issue
The engineer signs on-screen, the customer signs (or is emailed a sign-off link), and the branded PDF lands on the job page, the customer portal, and any linked equipment record.
