Challenge
Hiring qualified F-Gas engineers in the M25 was taking 4–6 months. Existing capacity was burning on admin, not on the tools.
Solution
Adopted Work App with a focus on the mobile app: voice-to-checklist for commissioning, photo library for site records, and drag-and-drop scheduling to group jobs by postcode.
Outcome
Within one quarter the team was completing 38% more jobs per week without overtime. The MD shelved a planned 3-engineer hiring round.
