1. Voice-to-checklist
Engineer holds the phone, talks through the install. AI extracts a structured commissioning checklist with pressures, temperatures, photos to take and items completed. 8 minutes of paperwork becomes 90 seconds.
2. Photo-to-asset
Snap a nameplate. AI reads make, model, serial, refrigerant and charge, then creates or updates the asset record. No more squinting at a 1mm font in a roof void.
